about.md— readme for a human
franz@stimpfl:~/site$ cat about.md
Twenty-six years of shipping product as an engineer, founder and operator. I split my week between hands-on engineering, advising founders and engineering leaders, and teaching the next generation at university and in private cohorts. I like systems that are quietly correct and writing that is honest about trade-offs.
$ I am happiest at the intersection of these four practices — when a teaching example becomes a real product, or a consulting client turns into a long-running collaboration.
